My problem happened, and within thirty minutes, these guys were in my backyard, gave me a good quote, and immediately started working and fixed the problem within 2 hours! We had a leak we noticed late Saturday night, a leaky toilet valve that we realized from water dripping into the garage ceiling. By 10:30am the next day (a Sunday), Audi the service tech was working on it. He did a great job explaining the problem, and when I asked it he had time to replace the inside parts of the toilet while he was there, there was no problem handling it. He also gave us a few ideas for other items that were fine now but that we might want to update later. We love Hire The Hippo for whenever we have an issue because of their professionalism and their always-helpful and friendly service techs, like Audi, who obviously have to meet their high expectations. We had tons of work done over about a month and couldn't be happier with the work done. Aaron was the lead and he explained everything thoroughly at the beginning, kept us updated during the project, and brought an amazing team! This was my first time with Hire The Hippo, and I definitely plan to stick with them in the future.

Leaving a second review because these guys are awesome. They show up on time, communicate well, and are super efficient with the plumbing work. I never have to call them for the same issue twice, and they're super polite (the scheduling people too). Side note: as someone with autism, I think it's really nice of them to always send at least one dude I've seen before. Last time when they fixed the tub they sent Jason and Osvaldo. Today they sent Osvaldo and Levi to fix the plumbing in the other bathroom. 10/10 as always

I had toilet plumbing issues so I called my home warranty company, they sent a company out, the gentlemen who they sent said my toilet was unrepairable and if I paid $450 he would fix it on the spot , I simply wasn’t ok with that. I asked my home warranty for a second opinion from a totally different company .. they sent out Hire The Hippo Services , Levi literally fixed my toilet in less than 5 min. I've had Hire The Hippo out on 2 different occasions and each time was a great experience! Levi was the last tech out to replace my garbage disposal who was professional, polite and quick. The time before was to replace my water heater and again professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We submitted a ticket through our home warranty company due to our A/C going out. When Willie and Bryan came out, they did as much as they could that first day to let us know what was wrong. We ended up having to have both our A/C and furnaces replaced due to age and being miss serviced. They came out before 9 am and stayed until almost 8pm making sure everything was taken care of and up to our standards. They were more than courteous, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew what was done and why. We will be calling them again for maintenance and repairs.

We called Hire The Hippo Services when our AC unit quit working on a hot Las Vegas summer day. We called several air conditioning contractors to see who could come out that same day. Hire The Hippo Services dispatched a service technician and fixed our AC in an hour from the time we called them. Unbelievable service.

Charles H. and David A. were prompt, polite, respectful and very pleasant to work with. They immediately diagnosed the problem and had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. They then turned the unit on and walked through my home, making sure it was working and that each vent was performing correctly. I was very pleased with their service and demeanor, and would be happy to have them if my A/C needed work again, though fingers crossed, it won't be any time soon wink I should also mention that the scheduling department was also pleasant to work with.
